Founded in 1993, TBA Construction began as a remodeling contractor focused on Housing Authority projects. As demand grew, the company expanded into larger HUD developments and ultimately into ground-up construction. During the late 1990s, TBA successfully completed a number of adaptive reuse projects, transforming structures such as schools and textile buildings into senior living communities and affordable housing.

TBA Construction specializes in multi-family and hospitality construction, with a strong foundation in the electrical and plumbing trades and additional capabilities in HVAC. Over the years, the company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, detail-driven work across apartment developments and commercial projects.

Today, TBA Construction continues to pursue large-scale multi-family and hospitality projects, providing electrical and plumbing services as a mechanical contractor, while also serving as a general contractor on select commercial developments.
